Rahul is a BE and MBA with around 14 years experience in services sales, marketing and operations. Rahul has worked in the Financial Services, Telecom and Outsourcing domains. After his MBA, Rahul worked in the Investment Banking Domain, marketing IPOs. He has also worked with Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund as the Regional Sales and Service Head. In the Telecom domain, Rahul has worked with India’s two largest players – Reliance Infocomm and Tata Teleservices in varied roles encompassing Sales, Sales Strategy, Operations support and Operations Management. Most recently he worked with Dell International Services, the captive outsourcing arm of Dell Inc, as an Operations Head. Rahul has joined the Idea Management team in June 2007 and is currently creating the marketing competence to help Inventors secure Licensing deals for their inventions. |

Gordhan Kumar Saini

Gordhan is a doctorate in economics, MBA and PGDRD with around 5 years of experience in the areas such as academics, research, management teaching and development projects. Gordhan started his career as a Research Officer at Indian Institute of Rural Management, Jaipur and then moved on to work with World Bank financed project DPIP, as Micro Finance Expert in Rajasthan for around one and half years. He has worked as a regular faculty of MBA programme at IMT, Faridabad for around one year before joining to Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad as Academic Associate in Marketing Area, where he worked for almost 2 years. At IIM-A, he has authored around 8 research papers which got published in the journals of national repute i.e. Foreign Trade Review. He has also participated/or presented research papers in over 15 national and international conferences including at IIM-A. Beside his regular assignments, he has taught at many management institutions such as IIPM & WLC Ahmedabad as visiting faculty; and has also worked on couple of consultancy assignments of Govt. of India. |

Joydeep is a M.Sc and MBA with over 3 years of experience in Strategic operations, product management and marketing communications. Joydeep has a prior experience in the Telecom and Media & Entertainment domains. After his MBA, Joydeep has worked with a Telecom major in a myriad of roles including Strategic backend operations, Product management, New product launches, Marketing Communications, Revenue Enhancement etc. More recently, Joydeep has worked with the Radio arm of the Times of India group in the Marketing domain for 2 stations.
