Our Advice
In general, we recommend that you avoid providing private information to unsolicited emails or telephone calls. Be especially wary of urgent requests for you to update your account information or validate your account data.

All online services may be reached from this page or subsequent links from this page. The most secure way to reach this page is by keying it directly into your web browser. I.D.E.A will always require that you have a valid online ID and password to securely logon to your account before asking you to provide any personal or financial information.

Email Interactions
If you have established an online account with I.D.E.A, you may receive notification emails that are provided for your safety and security. For example, we will send you an email notification to let you know when there are any updates or changes made to your I.D.E.A Wallet contents.

To help you to identify legitimate emails from I.D.E.A versus fraudulent emails, I.D.E.A uses the following safeguards:

• I.D.E.A does not include web links in our emails.*
• I.D.E.A will not request that you respond to our emails with your private information.
• I.D.E.A will not send you a form in an email that requires you to enter private information.

*This safeguard applies to email communications related to Wallet management, Account management and Password management. However, this safeguard may not apply to promotional emails sent from us.

If you receive an email that you suspect is fraudulent or does not conform to the safeguards above, you may report it to I.D.E.A by forwarding it to info@ideaproductdesign.com. By Telephone
I.D.E.A may contact you via telephone as outlined in our Privacy Policy. If you are contacted by telephone, you will be given the opportunity to call our corporate offices at 866 - 480 - IDEA (4332) before you respond with any private information so that you can confirm that the caller and the request is legitimate. If you are contacted by telephone and the caller refuses to allow you to return the call via our corporate number, DO NOT provide any private information to the caller and hang up immediately.
