Requirement Summary
This person will be responsible for leading the Animation & Graphics department in the area of product innovation and development. Armed with a set of creatively inclined brains, strong aesthetic sense and thorough knowledge of the craft, you are expected to bring international standards to 3d animation work. The position requires working knowledge and experience using 3D modeling and animation software. Practical and on the job experience in problem solving, product development and managing a 3D creative team. A creative eye for materials, properties, textures and lighting. Management experience with the ability to provide and receive constructive criticism. Should be able to interview and recruit suitable candidate to build a powerful team.
 
Desired Profile :
A minimum of 8 years professional digital design experience with a focus on Interactive Flash presentation , and developing interactive media. B.A. in graphic design, interactive design, animation, fine arts, advertising, or a related discipline. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, verbal, and written skills. Professional drive and the ability to self-manage tight-timelines and potentially stressful deadlines. Strong visual style and thorough understanding of typography, layout, color, images and interactivity impact design. Ability to illustrate and create new assets entirely in Flash. Strong knowledge of interactive Flash movies and proficiency with ActionScripting, Premier and After Effects for the PC. Proficient with Photoshop, HTML, and vector graphics programs like Illustrator comes from repeated use of these applications. Knowledge of Swift 3D and Dreamweaver are a plus. Prior participation as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team. This will include a creative director, art director/senior interactive designer, other designers, project managers and instructional designers. Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, XML. A complete portfolio of working samples, including product design, modeling, animation and finished product renderings is required. Must be fluent in English. Ability to develop, implement and execute effective processes and methodologies within various departments in the company. Initiate and track metrics that measure organizational performance and instill a continuous improvement philosophy to keep the Company competitive.
